No satellite signal done trouble shooting engineer booked
Hi got engineer coming but in 2 weeks time what am I supposed to do in the meantime? Tv guide not loading either. Tell me am I still paying for a service I cannot use?

...they will often apply a credit for the period that you could not use the services. Once fixed, call them.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
