Please send an engineer to fix my dish which is dangerously hanging off the wall

And if it's dangerous you need to do it asap as the householder is responsible if it falls and causes damage or injury.
These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Note: for any customer whose services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via

@Eileen51 You will have to call Sky to report that problem, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform.

It's important to understand that's literally true: Sky satellite television contracts always transfer dish ownership (and any consequent liability) to the householder upon installation.
While Sky will eventually despatch an installer to remedy loss of signal as long as there's an active content subscription at the address, they aren't obliged to do so with any urgency.
