I've had no satellite signal for 3 months. We live in a large block of flats.
Ive had 2 Sky engineers out.
Ive had my buildings maintenance team and a separate aerial and dish company out but still no satellite signal.
Sky says its a dish issue so is my responsibility and my service agent says the dish is fine and it's my Sky equipment which I don't think it is.
What options do I have? I'm paying for tv for 3 months and not receiving it. I'm thinking I will just have to give up and cancel my Sky contract

Im in similar position as you OP. Lost signals to BBC Regional Channel, ITV, Channel 5 and few others.
Building manager advised they had engineers had a look and dish is aligned perfectly.
Sky engineer ran a test and advised you are getting poor signals due to communal dish not set up properly.
I have 7 months left on my contract. Rang Sky CS today and they offered to cancel my Sky Q effective immediately with no extra charges.
Im gutted that i'll be loosing Sky Q.
I do not want to get Sky Stream but Im left with no choice.

Yep looks like it'll have to be stream for me also, hope Sky don't try and charge me even more than they are already..
I read somewhere Sky Q being phased out next year anyway?
