No satellite signal and my wire is not concerned and faulty need a engineer visit

Hi I need a engineer to call I have no satellite single and the wire is not connected and faulty and this online service is not very good I'm finding it difficult to direct my problem for a engineer to call I have no tv and the wire is faulty possibly a live wire to

Which cable - power or signal or hdmi? and where is it disconnected?
