No satellite signal after reset and reboot

I’ve done a reset of my Q box and now I don’t have satellite signal. I’ve done a proper reboot and still no signal. What else can I do?

hi @IvilAcer

Do you have a communal feed rather than your own dish ?

If so  the chances are that the LNB type is set incorrectly
You need to check/change the LNB type to SCR - this is in an engineer's menu

To access it :

press Home
Scroll to Settings - but do not press enter/select at this point
Press 0 0 1 in sequence followed by the Enter/ select button
you should now get the engineer's menu

Select the LNB Type & set to SCR if necessary

After changing the LNB type power down your SKY Q box and restart it for the change to come into effect

it may just be a matter of time but you can also try another option in the Engineer's menu as above

After entering it scroll down to Apps & select refresh

That doesn't seem related to the problem in this thread. Suggest you start a new one.
