Hi @AJC15   Which is why I use a smart plug. Alexa turn off Sky Q Plug. While lying in bed this morning, a quick power reboot of the main box using the smart plug, got me up and running again immediately!

We have to get someone in to access the plugs behind the tv these days, if the 'turn off and on again' is the go-to troubleshooting method they should have included a switch on the back of the box, or have a power off function in the settings menu.

Maybe Sky should send us all Alexa plugs in compensation for this mess today.

Sky Q downstairs working ok, but mini box up stairs says all connected but says no satellite signal, unplugged this serval times and reset it, so not doing that again, any suggestions, help please.

Same issue here no signal i think this is sky issue on there side.

I've tried everything so it definitely has to be their side. I've been going crazy thinking it's my internet or box 🤦🏻‍♀️
