Same here in rainham essex. The box says we have signal but none of the channels are working.

My tv is saying no satellite signal. It is connected to broadband signal good but still no tv

It's happened a couple of times recently it's so frustrating when there's no messages from sky anywhere to let us know what's happening

Must be a sky problem, no signal here in Northern Ireland also

Tried everything, it's just saying there's no signal when there clearly is!!!!!! 
So frustrating, can access Netflix via the Q box but nothing else!!

Me too!   Rebooted broadband connect; unplugged and reset box.; removed and reentered veiwing card... just says no sattelie connect.   Totally cheesed off.   Have to wait til phone lines/tech operational again.
