Further to my earlier message. Still no tv signal in Norwich. Unable to access any apps etc on the sky box. Showing a signal. But have got sky go working on phone and tablet. Cannot access recordings or bbc.

Same problem here. As it appears to be a Sky problem rather than a box issue it would be nice if they had a message other than we can book an engineer.

Sky go works because it uses Internet connection to connect. It doesn't use the satellite signal.

520am here in London- no satellite signal, signal strength 80/100, then occasionally stops to zero
