No satelite signal

Have you tried settings but don't select then 001 which will allow you to do a reset of the box.They are recommending this to do. My box automatically got the signal back this afternoon but now the issue of no volume.

Yes I've just done that! Still didn't work but deleted all my apps and then randomly got them back again 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Still no sky mini box. All resets done but nothing. Main box working

Yup just left everything unplugged last night tried again this morning. Main sky Q is OK though the sound has now gone but once again no mini boxes.

92 minutes yesterday on hold to sky to be cut off.

Sky multi room saying no satellite signal yet main tv is ok 

this has been for two days. Have tried unplugging and replacing but no joy.

I am still having the same problem. No sign of resolution despite dealing with matter as suggested by Sky. Obviously issue not resolved

Ours has been down since yesterday, still down this morning, tried all advised, still says no signal, even though we have a tick for both signal and Internet

Was hoping for an overnight fix, but no change, did full factory reset yesterday no change , my issue seems slight different but timing same as others. My mini boxes reconnected ok, but did need restarting but  I've a very few channels that work, e.g bbc 2, CH4, sky sports PL, but most I have the 'no signal satellite' can't be coincidence and has to be linked to the update they pushed. Have never had a signal problem in the the while time I've had the SkyQ system. I'm reconsidering my options as sky thinking it's sorted with all these messages on here and my sky app confirming I have issues, is frankly not good enough!

I'm lucky in a sense i've got home moved  10 if jan will call sky today & get a new mini box..
