No satallite signal

For the past couple of days, both main box and mini box the sky has not been working. I have done everything around switching it off and resetting the sky to resolve it. It is not been working. It still shows no satellite signal

Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

@Fatima10 doesnt sound like a broadband issue but rather an issue with the fish your Q system uses. If it is your own dish call Sky to get an engineer out if it's a dish supplying a block of flats or similar talk to whoever maintains that system.
