No satallite signal

Hello. A few days ago I tried to turn my TV on and it states I have no satallite signal. On all sections (home, TV guide, recordings etc) it says "to use this service, you need satallite service". I have rebooted the box, made sure it is SCR, unplugged all cables however still nothing. I live in a flat however none of my neighbours are having this issue. Anyone help?

If you're on a communal dish system you will need to report your issue to your landlord or building management company so that they can arrange a suitably qualified engineer.
