No reception of any kind

I cannot get any thing from my sky box, everything is dead. No tv, no broadband absolutely nothing. I have done all the normal things but nothing is working

Hi there,

 

When you mean no broadband either what lights do you have on your router?

 

What lights do your have on your Sky TV box also?

 

Could you be abit more specific about your issue
