No picture on SkyQ recordings

I think Sky must have done some sort of update! Ever since the beginning of the month we have been recording various series and whereas we usually have pictures on the recording page we now have blank spaces and the name of the series at the top. Unfortunately my husband is losing his sight and cannot see the name of the series. It was so easy when there were pictures! Does anyone know if this is meant to happen or is it our box misbehaving?

The lack of thumbnails can be an issue with connecting with the Internet.

 

In the first instance power the box off (at the plug), leave 30 seconds and turn it back on.  This may clear the gremlin.

Thank you for that answer! I think you have solved the problem! It is so annoying, our internet is not good and that is what has happened!

Possibly or more likely a software issue on the box that a reboot fixes.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
