No notification of new contract

As I have received NO new contract from Sky I presumed I was not in one. (Old one ended April)
All I've received in Jan and Feb was notification of the price hikes.

Fast forward to my bill doubling in cost. 
Three phone calls later trying to cancel my subscription they've put on the full Sky Sports package which we've NEVER had, just Sky Golf and a new box has arrived in the post. The cost is now over £100 per month.

Whats going on?

I don't think the other customers here can answer that.  You'll have to call Sky.

 

Phone calls are recorded but it seems they think you agreed a new contract.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
