No network connection on newish 2TB Sky Q box. Was working but over the last four weeks it has been
No network connection on newish 2TB Sky Q box. Was working but over the last four weeks it has been dropping off the network. Constant re connection problems but now it will not connect to network at Al by WPS or SSID. we have been left with just basic TV when we tend to stream so very inconvenient.

@Kitsmum is Sky your broadband provider or a third party
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
