Main tele is working, but have no network connection so can't get on demand or on any apps, WiFi is working fine though. Rebooted and still not sorted, now mini box upstairs isn't working

Hi @Ash90
First step is to carry out a Network reset on the main Q box.
Network Reset found in main Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

I've been having the same issue for the last couple of days.
To the best of my knowledge, the box installed an update a few days ago, and since then, the internet connection has hardly worked at all on my Sky Q devices.
I'm just trying a factory reset on my main box now, and if that doesn't work, I'm probably going to cancel unless Sky can give me a solution to fix it.
Box will say it's connected to the network and the internet, but then an on-demand page will say you're not connected to the internet.
Sometimes, the network page will show all is working, sometimes it won't . Resetting up the connection will nearly always connect successfully, but mostly on-demand stuff is not working.
I'm an IT consultant, and my internet connection (which is 3rd party) is absolutely bullet proof!
I don't fancy phoning Sky to be told my internet is at fault!

Primarily main box whilst I'm trying to fix it.
Mini's sometimes work. It's quite ironic that the mini's complain that they're not connected to the network, but will display TV channels (which must mean the network is connected).
No idea what happened in the last few days, but all on demand features are pretty much unusable now.
All boxes are connected via Wifi - two of the minis are located in a position that would be awkward for wired. Besides, I ran wired in the past, and due to Sky's very poor networking implementation, I had to revert back to wireless due to flooding of the network.
I'm so close to dumping Sky right now!

Hi @ChadH360
Live TV channels are direct through Satellite and as minis should be connected to the Q box by WiFi (and not to your Network).
If your main Q box is on WiFi assume you have connected it to the router 2.4 Ghz band?
However if full Ethernet is available this would be better for the main Q box.
Minis must be connected by WPS to the main Q box WiFi not your Network.

Sorry, gotta disagree with you there.
If I look on the Mini network settings, i can see that it's connected to my Wifi network, and if I look on my Wifi management platform I can see the individual mini devices listed there with IP addresses specific to my Wireless network.
I've actually just created a whole new Wifi network just for the Sky boxes to see if that helps. Main box is connected to it - Network settings page states that all is OK, on demand pages state no internet connection.
Just tried to move one of my minis to the new network which required the use of the WPS button on the main box, and it's not working. Flashing on both main box and mini, but it just times out.
This update has definitely broken something.
I note that there are a few recent posts with mention of internet availability being flaky.

If you are on Sky Broadband then yes all Q boxes can connect by WPS,to the Sky Q router or any other Q device.
