I had Sky for years. But a few months ago left.
I realised paramount plus was still active but need the premium version that sky had downgraded.
Trying to upgrade my paramount account (that I had previously) gets the result, 'you can't upgrade as this is managed by sky' and I'm locked into the basic package until sky choose to end the subscription. Easier said than done...
Paramount want me to create a new email and new subscription to get around this. I'm not creating another email on my phone etc just for one subscription. Sky need to stop locking customers (and in my case ex-customers) into packages that aren't what they want.
So paramount just lost a premium customer because sky won't fix this issue.

Equally it could be Paramount's fix. One presume Sky supply a list of active subscribers and Paramount would need to remove previously active ones...
