No internet signal and booking an engineer

I cannot get a signal on my tv. Had trouble for nearly a week  just got a blue screen and a message no signal. Have tried numerous Times  switching off at the mains but it makes no difference

@11mb47  A no signal tends to be your TV , do you mean No Satellite Signal?
