No internet on my sky box but all lights on Wi-Fi router fine

My Wi-Fi is working all 4 lights on but on my sky box saying no network connection I've tried resetting and unplugging at main wall also

No I've tried also taking all leads out and replacing once unplugged from the mains and still no good(as advised on telephone call)now have to wait a week for engineer 🤦‍♀️

Hi @Sarahmawds123  

Have you tried a Network Reset found in main Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Thanx so much 🙌at first look couldn't for the life of me find a wps button on my router,it's on the side of the router and has now connected my device (I was pressing the wps button on q box not router 🤣🤦‍♀️)
