No internet connection to sky q box after several reset attempts

The sky router lost connection 2 days back and it has been restored but the sky q box couldn't be connected after resetting several times it' is recommending to connect to sky q booster but it's 1.5 meters away only

At 1.5 meters why don't you put it on Ethernet cable to your Sky router @Ankur
