No internet connection popup message

"It looks like you do not have an internet connection right now. If you're already set-up we'll keep trying to connect."

 

Is it possible to disable this message i.e. stop it popping up? Is there a way to stop the box trying to connect if you want it to remain offline?

 

To clarify again, Sky Q box is not connected to internet and I want it to stop trying to connect and seeing this message again and again.

Hi @Leonsky   The box needs to "phone home" occasionally to remain activated.

It's never been connected. What will happen? At some point it will be mandatory to connect?

Yes. It must have been connected once to pair the viewing card.
