Yet again no internet connection to my SkyQ box so all the apps, mini boxes show errors.
Had this last week & on Friday (4 days ago) sky advisor took me through a reset process & advised I removed the eco setting on all boxes as this is a known issue for causing connection problems, been OK for 4 days vut it back again.
I have tried reconnecting to router via WPS, tried connecting manually via password, turned off / on everything after 5 mins but nothing again.
The router is upstairs in our office but had no issues for 12mths but now its suddenly a problem. Currently on Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus with a test speed of 20.34 Mb/s which is awful.
Completely at a loss as what is the issue & Sky advisors are closed till 8am at which time I'll be at work 😔

With Sky Broadband and Sky Q router you can connect the,Q box only by using WPS.
Are you carrying out a network reset on your main Q box exactly as follows:-
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your Sky router.
Asbyou are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button. After carrying out the Network reset you have to press the Router WPS button within 2 minutes.

I know this is a month old, but going to add I have this issue. Started a few weeks ago with my sky hub constantly rebooting, it was replaced, same issue, rebooting 10-15 times a day. Been away this weekend and now my Sky Q box with not connect to WiFi not matter how I try. Paying good money for TV and broadband and getting dreadful service. I am IT trained, so feel sorry for a lot of people that aren't and put up with this service . Please reset or reboot only works for so long, try fixing the issues you know exist.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more20Mb is awful. Close to the lower limit of fttc. Is that being measures at the router? Are you on an extension as it's upstairs? Can you test it on the master socket? What does the BT checker think your line should be capable of?

I have the same issue which started today. Connected to router but no internet access. No issue on any other devices, internet working as expected.
We have Sky Broadband with 70Mbps

Exactly same problem started occurring in my sky q box this week. Can't get the WiFi to work. No matter what I try. Getting frustrated. Does no one on sky look at this thread?
