Iam having sky q installed and have communal dish which belongs to the council they have asked me for email address for sky as they want confirmation that any damage done they will be responsible for I have rang sky but say they don't have email address.What can I do please

It wouldn't be B2B as it's a domestic subscription not a commercial 🙂

I can see you point it's inbetween being domestic and commercial as the end user is a domestic user but the dish would technically be business...
I would give them the domestic complaints email address and the business one, they can decide which one to contact in the unlikely event of damage to the dish which they won't even touch. They would only touch the dSCR you would hope.
