No channels are working, but sky are still taking DD! I've reset and nothing is working!
First BBC one & 2 stopped working, then 3& 4, it wont record or let me watch iPlayer! Our WiFi is working, it won't reset, sky are being paid, no interruption in payment at all!
No TV available, help please

@Jennifer771 Unless you report these issues Sky cannot know of such things happening, so presume you have contacted Sky?

Sounds like it could be an issue with your hard drive or dish - or even both. You'll almost certainly need a Sky engineer to check it.
