We've had varying issues with Sky Q, one consistent is no channel 5 access at all for some months now. There are a few other channels but not sure what they are off the top of my head, rare I get to watch it!
Our router has recently been reset as the cables were cut and an engineer has been in andn out and I have rebooted the sky q box numerous times - no joy. Anyone had similar or any suggestions? Thank you

Oh I see thank you, I just assumed as the majority were working the dish would be ok! Is that something Sky would fix for me if I report into them?

Yes, it will require an engineer visit

Have a look at the troubleshooting here

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
