No channel 419 or 583

How do I get channel 419 and 583. I can see all orhers

Can you confirm the channels you're looking for are Premier Sports 1 and Daystar (religious)?  What problem are you having when trying to view them?

Just those two. Tells me there is a problem with my satellite signal. Have done the reset but no change

Channels are Premier sports 1 and Daystar. Apparently they are on same frequency.

They're not on the same frequency but with a No Satellite Signal message there is likely to be a dish alignment fault, you will need to contact Sky and arrange an engineer visit.
