No bt sport hd

Hi I have the full sports and hd package even the full bt sports & hd package but it's not letting me watch the hd channel but saying it's active

If you subscribe to BT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes. Also through Sky BT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive BT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive BT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.
