No apps working having migrated to new sky q box

We had 2 sky q boxes in 2 properties, one sky subscription was 23 years old, another 1 year old. We no longer needed both sky subscriptions. To keep my VIP privileges we kept the older sky subscription and were advised to move the viewing card over to the other box, synced viewing card to the box, all OK. All of our other App subscriptions came across too. However when trying to stream any apps through the sky q box they error, Netflix, paramount, Disney and discovery all error with similar messages, saying playback is not available for your browser in this region. The apps ALL work via the smart TV/ipads with no issues, internet speeds are consistently good, this has to be a sky q issue... I have seen various posts about individual apps not working/buffering/failing please sort this out sky!
