No apps on TV since new router
I had Sky full fibre and Broadband boost installed today. My existing Sky router was used but moved from next to the TV - where it was previously connected to an Ethernet cable that went into the SkyQ box - to another room. Hence the router is no longer connected to the SkyQ box. I think the signal strength is ok where the TV is but the TV is saying that it doesn't have a connection to the internet. WiFi appears to be working fine otherwise.

@Jessica105 Are you saying it's the Sky Q box or your actual TV that has an issue with the apps?

I think it's the SkyQ box because it's the Sky interface - in settings - that doesn't seem to be able to detect the internet

@Jessica105 Is the Sky Q box still connected to your hub by ethernet cable, if not you may need to go into Sky Q settings menu to reset the network to pick up your WiFi signsl

It's not connected by Ethernet cable anymore but it's not picking up the wifi when I try to reset it.
