No TV connection on one of our boxes and internet keeps dropping in and out on a weekly basis

One of the boxes refused to connect even when we go through all the system requirements and the Internet drops in and out at least twice a week sometimes more . This is becoming ridiculous now and it's costing us money because we have to use mobile data at home

Not sure how we can advise without any detail...

 

Like who your ISP is.  What frequencies and channel widths are used.  Bear in mind if your ISP is not Sky then you can only connect on 2.4GHz and the Q will create it's own 5GHz network on channel 36 that will conflict up to channel 48 if the width is set as 80MHz.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
