No TNT GB News

Hello team, having problems with sky signal. Cannot get Sky sports TNT and other channels such as GB News. I have re-booted everything three times and just keep getting the following message " the channel is currently effected by a problem with your Satellite signal" can you help?

A few people are reporting issues with signal on TNT, but otherwise check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s likely to be a dish alignment issue so check the troubleshooting in this link

It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If it doesn’t you’ll need to contact Sky to book an engineer appointment.

If you are connected to a communal dish you need to liaise with your building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

Remember, a misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.

Sounds like your dish may have moved in the recent winds.

TNT Sports channels all show a no satellite signal message.  Never had this problem before. All other channels are fine.

Was a solution found to this issue?  I have the same problem where TNT sports and a few other channels are showing a no satellite signal screen.  All other channels seem to be working fine
