The Sky engineer visited yesterday put a new power lead into box turned tv & box off restarted the Q box & TV all ok, after he left an hour later box turned itself off TV remained on the box was unplugged at mains & reconnected and restarted.
This morning the box would not come out of standby mode & had to be unplugged & restarted.
The Q box had been left on standby all night.
