No Satellite Signal after building an extension

Hi,

we have recently built a two storey extension and as a result the satellite signal keeps dropping out on all TV's. We have re booted the boxes and followed the on screen instructions but I'm starting to think it's the extension causing the issue. Can you help or do we require an engineer?

Is the extension in the line of sight of the dish @RHN1 ?

If so you will need an Engineer to relocate the satellite dish.   Sky would charge in the region of £65.

@RHN1

If dish alignment has been knocked then Sky will resolve that for free, but you'd need to log the issue and wait for an installer to be available to visit.
