They sent a white router. Is there a different process for a white router or should i ask them to replace it with a black router? That's if i can get hold of them!

@Phil7990 try not using wps with the white router and treating it as a third party router

Thanks, this worked for me too. The WPS was just resetting my network name and password to default and the only way I could connect Q box was by the "other provider" options.
