No BBC1 in favourites, it used to be there now gone

Where has BBC1 gone in my favourites. I have put BBC 1 HD and normal BBC still not there. Now I have lost chanel 4 please help.

BBC 1 recently became HD in all regions which means your old favourite for the SD version is no longer vald and not there.

When you add channels such as BBC 1 HD to  your favourites they get addeed to the end of your favourite list .

When adding  channels to your favourites, you need to  press "Save List" on the first page, then scroll down to the bottom of your favourites & find the channel(s) just added & Press 'Select' and then mve up/down to where you want it

When alll your favourites are in the correct Place - tab right & select Save & Finish
