Recently changed to SkyQ have the programmes but no Apps, says not connected to internet. Have tried resetting - we have Zen internet

Hi, please try this
Try and perform a Network Reset on your Q box, navigate to Home > Settings > Setup > Network. Select "Status" and then choose "Reset" on the right-hand side. Follow the prompts to reconnect via WiFi to your router. If you're using Sky broadband, press the WPS button on the Sky router when prompted (not on the Q box, as the Network reset automatically initiates the main Q box WPS). For users with third-party broadband, input the SSID and password for the router's 2.4 GHz WiFi band, as WPS isn't compatible.

Thanks @ThePope27 tried that it doesn't work. It just asks for the password

Hi @Sue109
Have you tried resetting the router before carrying out a Network reset on the Q box.
If it doesn't have a reset button disconnect the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnect.
Wait until the router is completely back up and running before carrying out the Network reset on the Q box. As you are on 3rd party broadband you will be asked for the SSID and password for the 2.4Ghz band.

Is your box close enough to the router to plug it in with an Ethernet cable ?
