I have Sky Q. The main box is upstairs and I have a second box downstairs connected. I have a tv connected to both boxes. I bought a new tv for upstairs but it won't connect, saying 'no signal'. However if I plug in in downstairs then it works fine! I have changed HDMI cables around and no joy!
Any suggestions?

Hi @Silverbak62
With the Q box on with green LED try pressing
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q remote.
This will reset the Q box to standard 1080i resolution

Oldfella you are a bloody star, I was close to throwing the tv out the window. Thanks
