Hi
I can't find this on other questions so:
I have just had new deals on my TV package but now my Netflix has changed from basic without ads, which I want and was a good price, to standard with. How do I change it back?
I am guessing it will increase in cost?
cheers

HI
Thanks for responding and the information. I see that there is no basic anymore. I was changing my sky deal but didn't realise it would also change my Netflix package! I didn't think to ask either.
So I guess it will be a call tomorrow and an increase in price. It didn't occur to me that it would automatically change.
Thanks again.

Hi @VioletB99
You may be able to negotiate a deal if you speak to them but I think it is unlikely.

I fear you may be right! The agent was great - old school Sky customer service. It's probably going to be £3-4 extra so not too bad.
thanks for replying
