New to Netflix and Payment required

Hiya

I have just upgraded my SkyQ package and now get Neflix as part of it.  All the info on Netflix talk about moving over an exisiting Netflix account but we don't have one.  I have tried to sign in and it is asking me to take out an account with Netflix and asking me for payment - is this correct?  I dont want to end up signing up for Netflix and Sky Netflix
