New sky q box still working intermittently

My sky q keeps coming up with an error message. Have done everything Sky has advised and last week received a new Sky q box. Worked fine for a week and now have same error messages saying Sky q box not connected. Paying a lot of money for this service and never had this issue with previous provider.any advice gratefully received.

The error message itself would be useful 😉

 

but let me guess - "you do not have [an] internet connection right now"?

 

If so, I recommend either using ethernet if practical, or powerline adapters, and disabling wifi on the box(es)

 

There are a lot of things to like about Sky Q. Its networking is not one of them.
