New sky q box not connecting to wifi

I have a new sky q box still not connecting to Sky WiFi router

@Knappsta what happens when you try ? are you pressing the WPS button on the router when you are asked to ?

Yes always do this, and have been in two long phone calls with sky technical teams - tried everything hard resets on sky box and router software updates etc etc 

So much so that they replaced my sky q box. Still no joy - my WiFi works perfectly with all other devices just can't connected to WiFi on my box - weird...
