Re: New sky product

I really don't know, I have a couple of extenders, sitting at my computer today, dropped 3 times in an hour, just a few seconds sometimes but things freeze buffer , I just assumed it was the norm. Any advice greatly received , do you know of a website or program that will record connection dropouts ? .

That's not normal at all. Sounds like it's not your connection dropping out but just a wifi issue.

What kind of extenders? A proper mesh would be much better, but they cost a bit.

It seems satellite TV is no longer financially viable in the long term.

Even terrestial broadcast is likely to be delivered over the Internet in the future.

The announcement today was of a v2 Sky Glass television set (plus a related model without the integrated soundbar later in the year)

There will never be another Q hardware release.

Without a broadcast satellite at 28.2E that's simply not possible.

They probably could but without a satellite in the required position it's quite difficult...

Watching a satellite TV service when there isn't any satellite TV broadcasts is a bold strategy 👍🏻

@karl-84  There won't be any satellite at the location to broadcast from as already advised by @TimmyBGood

No satellites = no frequencies = no broadcasts at all, do you see how that works?
