New sky full fibre hub

Yesterday I had the new sky full fibre broadband hub installed. I have since had issues with my tv services ie on the home screen there are no pictures advertising upcoming shows etc and a message saying I don't have Internet connection. I can still watch TV but I can't use the catch-up or download services or access an apps. I have tried repeatedly following theon screen solutions but no success. I have also completely the lost the use of a mini box. Can you help.

Did you change the wifi connection on the Q to the new hub? Can't use WPS on these

 

you'll have to reconnect the mini too, direct to the Q.
