New router not connecting to sky q
Got new router and can't connect sky q box. Router/broadband not sky, been to network sertings and entered router and password and still not connecting

@Flo761 given your issue is not related to Sky Broadband I have moved your post to the Sky Q forum. There are differences between how you network Q with a Sky hub and a third party router which are explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-connect-to-third-party-router follow those instructions if you get stuck post again with details of what is the issue.
