New replacement SkyQ box will not connect to Bose TV old one does. Help

Tried all the on line stuff...no joy. Blue screen will not progress to settings. I feel like throwing it out. Had it a week tried everything. Need some real help.

It's a 2 terabytes version, so I guess it is.

That doesn't follow. I had a 2TB box in 2016. It didn't have the current software on it.

 

check the software version in the menu
