Had this issue with first box 5 years ago apparently box wasn't compatible with lg tv had a different box all ok until new box fitted yesterday

How long is your HDMI lead?
Also do you have another one to try?
If you are using UltraHD it needs to be a high speed HDMI cable.

All fixed, ithink, softwear needed updating on box. Would have thought the fitter would have checked it when fitting.
