I have upgraded to sky cinema with paramount + but keep getting an error message when I click “get paramount+”. Says “ on to it” but message persisting. Transient flashed up QR code but not long enough to link. Any ideas on how to sort?

I spent two hours on the chat line yesterday and eventually it worked out that I have two IDs linked to my account.
I then spent 3 h on multiple phone calls which kept dropping, some cutting me off immediately and saying I would get a call back (which didn't happen) and done linking me to an" empty " line where the call went to a noisy environment but no one answered. You need to audit your service providers. No one helped me sort this. I sent email yesterday to viewers complaints . That response told me to access a link provided. That took me to a "page not found". Should I give up and cancel and move to another provider ?
