New minibox went back to Sky

Hi, I ordered a new Sky minibox because ours wasn't working and received a message that the new one was being delivered yesterday. Then whilst I was waiting for the delivery, I got a message to say that they'd taken the new box back as I wasn't ready when they tried to deliver it, which didn't happen! I have contacted DPD but they say I need to contact Sky, but I can't get anywhere with how to do that. Any ideas?
