New minibox was working ….now won’t switch on!

Had a new minibox delivered this morning. Set it up but remote wouldn't adjust volume. Tried the 7/9 and 1/3 but nothing. Everything else was fine (recordings, apps etc).Anyway went out so switched off. Now TV won't switch on 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi @Sue+LM

If you mean the mini will not switch

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the  box.
If this turns the mini box on
Try completely resetting your mini Bluetooth remote again
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Hi @Sue+LM

If the Mini box led is green then it is switched on.

Are you sure that your TV set is switched on and set to the correct HDMI input for the Mini box?

If you are,
Then with the mini box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the mini box remote control.

This will change the mini box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.

@oldfella @Nope, didn't work. All I got was the screen of steps 1-4. Pressed the indicated button but screen didn't budge....Given up and gone back to aerial! Will contact Sky.
