Hi. I've bought the LG 816re Qned. Does it matter which hdmi port for my sky Q. 1,2,3,or 4k.

Typically on a modern television set all the HDMI ports support UHD, HDR and the appropriate version of HDCP.  You might want to reserve the eARC port (#3 on that model) for a soundbar though.
